A NEW NAME, A NEW LOOK
Gaming Review Online is changing its name!!! After an exhaustive survey of the magazines' name, we found some interesting information. Gaming Review has sometimes been confused with eGamingReview, a magazine devoted exclusively to internet gambling. The term "Gaming" has often been confused with computer and xBox or Ninetendo video games.
We are looking for your help in finding a new name for our publication. Anyone who sends us an email will be entered in a drawing for a custom made card cover. We want a name that points us in our new direction, one of concentrating on poker, not all aspects of the video gaming/gambling community. Unfortunately, many of the best extentions have been purchased by doain squatters, want hundreds, or even thousands of dollars to release the name. Two top choices are Poker-Review.INFO and Inside-Poker.INFO. Many possibilities have the word Mag or Magazine in the title. These are farther down the list, since they lengthen the number of lettersin the name, but on the other hand, they do tell a lot about the contents. Other available names are PokerInsider.ORG, OnTiltPoker.CC; OnTilt.INFO; PokerInfo.COM, .ORG or .NET; PokerInformation.ORG or .NET. You can even come up with your own name and if we like it, we will try to get it.

We are giving away two prizes for the naming process. Both will be custom made card covers. One for the person that comes up with the actual new name for the magazine, and the second for the best name, but since it was already taken, we could not obtain.
We are also redesigning the website, so if there are any changes you feel can make the publication better, please tell us. We want this publication to help you.
The World Poker Association needs your help.

The purpose of the WPA is to promote professional tournament poker as
a sport worldwide and to pursue economic opportunities for tournament poker
players. Their goal is to make poker more like Golf and Bowling, where the sponsorship money becomes part of the prize pool, unlike the current standard where players entry fees are the prize pool.
JOIN THE POKER PLAYER'S ALLIANCE
The Poker Players Alliance is a nonprofit membership organization comprised of poker players and enthusiasts from around the United States who have joined together to speak with one voice to promote the game, ensure its integrity, and, most importantly, to protect poker players' rights.
The Poker Players Alliance depends on the support of poker enthusiasts to succeed and accomplish our mission. Our supporters share our goal to guarantee players a secure, safe, and regulated place to play. Together, we can promote the game and keep this recreational activity free from unreasonable government intervention.
